This is your sign to stop running solo and join one of the most welcoming and energising crews in London. EXALT Run Club is back and we’re calling in the early risers, the weekend warriors, the new runners, the returners and anyone who wants to move, connect and feel good.

It’s not a race. There’s no pressure. Just a relaxed 5km loop from Victoria through Hyde Park and back, with a solid crew and plenty of encouragement along the way. Come on your own or bring a friend. Either way, you’ll leave feeling better than you arrived.
