About this Event

Join us for a 5-week sensual movement series rooted in presence, comfort, joy, and deep embodiment. We’ll explore the whine—a grounding and liberatory movement of the hips—with softness, curiosity, and reverence.

This isn’t about performing or “doing it right.” This is about feeling more at home in your body. Through breathwork, gentle warm-ups, movement prompts, and intentional space holding, we’ll learn to move from our pelvis with pleasure and power.

Expect slowness. Play. Connection. And the kind of sensuality that nourishes.

Week 1: The Slow Whine (Foundations)

Info: We begin with slow, circular motion from the pelvis—soft knees, grounded feet, and a rooted stance. This class focuses on initiating movement from the hips with ease and intention, awakening your sensual rhythm from the inside out.


Week 2: The Reverse Whine

Info: Switching directions to challenge the body and deepen awareness. This class invites you to explore contrast, control, and play by rotating the hips in the opposite direction. A practice in presence, balance, and letting go of habits.


Week 3: Standing Figure 8

Info: Side-to-side hip figure 8s take center stage. This class is all about fluidity, grace, and smooth transitions. You’ll build on foundational movements to explore more articulation and unlock your inner flow artist.


Week 4: The Bent-Over Whine

Info: We take it low—bending at the hips for a more playful, powerful, and releasing experience. This class connects your spine and pelvis through grounded movement that boosts confidence and welcomes full-bodied expression.


Week 5: Freestyle Fusion

Info: A celebratory close to the series! Combine all the techniques you’ve learned in your own way. This class is about trusting your body, exploring your unique style, and moving with joyful, embodied presence. Think flow, freedom, and feeling yourself.
