About this Event

Please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes early to sign the waiver (if you haven't already) and set up your mat and materials. The class is about 55 min - 1 hour. Class is beginner friendly and everything is done at your own pace.

Class is in a Folklorico dance studio so space is limited. Be sure to secure your ticket. Ticket comes with a natural juice after class. Make sure to RSVP to reserve your juice!

Bring grip socks if you have them, if not there will be socks available for purchase.

Feel free to wear red attire to show love.
