About Dr David

David is a sleep doctor and Director of The Better Sleep Clinic. He works one-on-one with clients facing sleep disorders and also supports high-performance teams, including the Olympic Team, premiership football, professional boxing, and Formula One. Sleep is a critical pillar of performance—shaping daily readiness, training outcomes, and recovery. It also plays a key role in overall wellbeing and longevity, helping to reduce cardiovascular risk, manage diabetes, and support mental health.
