When cortisol levels remain elevated due to chronic stress, the body shifts away from “rest and digest” mode, making it harder to properly break down food, absorb nutrients, and eliminate waste.In this workshop, we’ll explore the powerful connection between the nervous system and gut health—highlighting how practices like movement, nutrition, and breathwork can support your body’s natural detoxification pathways.You'll be guided through gentle, detox-supportive yoga postures that stimulate digestion and aid lymphatic flow. We’ll discuss how to nourish your body through simple, evidence-based nutrition practices that promote regularity and reduce inflammation.We’ll then move into a guided meditation designed to support and send love to your gut. Finally, breathwork experience designed to stimulate the vagus nerve, calm the fight-or-flight response, and support your parasympathetic nervous system—the key to feeling safe, grounded, and in flow.We’ll include a group discussion and sharing circle to help you integrate what you've learned, connect with other women, and walk away with tools to regulate your nervous system and support your gut—starting from the inside out._________________About Your Hosts:Mia Christina Loya, MSHNA Holistic Nutritionist and Stress Strategist help women fuel their purpose with food and mindfulness.
