Event Date: Sunday, July 27th, 2025 Event Organizer: @1stPullMiniBikes Event Name: 4th Annual Go Mini Bike Day Rideout Location: TBAWAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY1. Voluntary Participation:I am voluntarily participating in the Go Mini Bike Day 2025 Rideout at my own risk and understand that this event involves operating or riding on a motorized mini bike in a public or semi-public environment.2. Assumption of Risk:I fully understand that riding mini bikes involves risks including, but not limited to, the risk of injury, property damage, accident, or death. I accept full responsibility for any injuries or damages that may occur as a result of my participation.3. Release of Liability:I hereby release and hold harmless the event organizers, volunteers, affiliated groups, sponsors, property owners, and any associated individuals or entities, including @1stPullMiniBikes, from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to my participation in this event.4. Responsibility & Behavior:I agree to ride safely, obey traffic laws, respect the flow of the ride, and be courteous to others. I confirm that my mini bike is in safe working condition. I will not engage in reckless behavior that may endanger myself or others.5. Medical Treatment:I consent to receive medical treatment deemed advisable in the event of injury, accident, and/or illness during this event. I understand I am solely responsible for any medical expenses incurred.6. Media Release:I grant permission for the use of my image, likeness, or video footage taken during the event for promotional purposes, with no expectation of compensation.
