Since 2016, she has worked with athletes and active individuals in her private practice, Elevated Nutrition and Wellness, integrating simple, sustainable nutrition and lifestyle strategies with data-driven interventions, including lab testing. Eleanor blends a holistic approach with evidence-based tools to help clients optimize energy, performance, and long-term health.She aims to make nutrition simple and effective—whether you're training for competition or just living your daily life.
