Join us for your Sunday Reset on Sunday July 27 from 8:30am-10am at Yardbird RINO for your new favorite way to reset, connect, and recharge.
Whether you're looking to end the weekend on a bright note, or ease the Sunday scaries, this is the perfect opportunity to grab a friend, invest in your self-care and make a shift.
What to expect:
- Somatic Breathwork: We'll kick off the morning with an active breathing practice to activate and regulate your nervous system. Perfect for releasing stress, and inviting in clarity, joy, and vitality.
- Ice Baths: Take the plunge and lean into the discomfort. Experience the rush of endorphins, and leave feeling empowered, refreshed and revitalized!
- Fresh Pressed Juice: Enjoy a refreshing juice included in your ticket, packed with nutrients to kickstart your day.
How to prepare:
- Light Prep: Refrain from eating heavy meals 60 minutes before (light snacking totally okay)
- What to bring: Bathing suit (or active wear you don't mind getting wet), towel, yoga mat, and a water bottle to stay hydrated. Blankets and pillows are optional. Sunscreen is encouraged as we will also be outdoors.
The Cherry on Top:
- Stay for Brunch: After the wellness activities, feel free to stay awhile, unwind and socialize over brunch after the event.

*Fresh pressed juice includes a choice between Green Giant (Cucumber, Celery, Apple, Kale, Honey) or Turmeric Tonic (Turmeric, Ginger, Lemon, Black Pepper). Brunch is optional and not included in ticket price.

Somatic Release Breathworkβ’ is intended as a personal growth experience and should not be looked upon as a substitute for psychotherapy. It is not appropriate for pregnant women, for persons with cardiovascular problems, including angina or heart attack, high blood pressure, glaucoma, retinal detachment, osteoporosis, history of seizures, stroke, major psychiatric conditions, recent surgery, acute infectious illness or epilepsy. If you have any doubt about whether you should participate, please consult with your primary care physician. Persons with asthma should bring their inhaler and consult with their primary care physician.
Ice Baths may not be suitable for everyone. If you have any of the following conditions, it is recommended that you consult with your healthcare provider before participating: cardiovascular disease or any heart-related conditions, high blood pressure or hypertension, respiratory conditions such as asthma or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), Raynaud's disease or other circulatory disorders, pregnancy, recent surgery or open wounds, Diabetes, especially if you have nerve damage or circulation issues
