Serenity Within: Exploring Yoga Nidra & Sound Bath

Join Compassionate Atlanta and Legacy Park for a deeply restorative evening of rest and connection in a compassionate community. Experience a guided Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) meditation led by Susanne McMurry, designed to calm the nervous system and support inner healing. It will include a live sound bath.

This practice is gentle and accessible to all—whether you prefer to lie down on a yoga mat or sit comfortably in a chair.

Proceeds from this class support Global Growers, with a suggested donation of $20 (or pay what you can).

📍 Location: Legacy Park, 500 S. Columbia Drive, Decatur, GA 30030

• Take the second entrance from either direction to find the main building with two large columns.
• Class is held in the auditorium; arrive 5-10 minutes early. Doors close at 6:05 PM.

🌙 What to Bring: Yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and water bottle for your comfort. Extra props will be available.

Refreshments will follow the session.
