WILD AT HEART JUBILEE- Wildlings Guild End-of-Season Celebration
Come join us for a roaring good time at the Wildlings Guild End-of-Season Celebration! It's time to let loose and celebrate all the adventures we've had this season. Whether you're a seasoned explorer or a newbie nature enthusiast, this event is for you!
Wildlings, gather your grown-ups and invite your friends—everyone is welcome to join our biggest adventure yet! Even friends who weren’t with us all season can become Wildlings for the day at this special Jubilee.
Here's the plan!
11:00 – 11:30 am | Drop-Off & Free Play
Swing in, shake off your boots, and find your Wildlings friends (old and new!) for a little free-range exploring to kick off the day.
11:30 – 12:00 pm | Opening Circle
Let’s huddle up, share some gratitude, and get a sneak peek at the wild fun ahead!
12:00 – 12:30 pm | Wildlings Relay Challenge
Team up for silly, speedy, and skillful games to get hearts pumping and laughter flowing!
12:30 – 1:15 pm | Picnic Lunch
Spread your blanket and gather for a tasty picnic—bring your favorite snacks or pack up something to share. Rest up, the adventure continues!
1:15 – 2:15 pm | Birds of Prey Show
See amazing raptors up close! Get ready to be wowed by the feathered hunters of Michigan. (Grown-ups, bring your cameras!)
2:15 – 3:15 pm | Guided Scavenger Hunt
Wildlings and guides—head into the woods! Use your explorer skills to seek out treasures and mysteries. When you emerge, your grown-ups will be cheering just for you!
3:15 pm | Triumphant Return!
Burst from the forest to a hero’s welcome—your grown-ups and friends cheering, ready for your big moment.
3:15 – 4:15 pm | Showcase & Ceremony
Step into the spotlight: collect your Wildlings button and certificate, share stories and highlights, and join in our big group photo.
4:15 – 5:00 pm | Crafts, Stations & Free Play
Try sparkle lure tying, join in the community painting, or dive into another special craft! Build shelters, shoot arrows, play in the mud kitchen, or just explore—your grown-ups and friends can jump in too!
5:00 – 5:30 pm | All-Ages Capture the Flag!
It’s on! Wildlings, siblings, parents, friends—everyone is invited to dash, dart, and play in the ultimate Capture the Flag game. Bring your best wild moves!
5:30 – 8:15 pm | Live Music, Campfire & Family Feast
- The music starts—bring your dancing feet!
- Cook your own food over the campfire or bring a dish to share with new friends.
- S’mores for all, more crafts, open play, and mini family photo shoots starting at 4:30 in the beautiful front pasture with our photographer (sign up for a slot)*
8:15 – 8:30 pm | Closing Circle & Farewell
Gather for a final howl, a last story, and a giant wave good-bye until our next Wildlings season!
