Come soften the armor. This heart-led class is a deeply healing invitation to release emotional burdens and open the doors within.

Through guided meditation, energetic practices, and sacred spaceholding, Wendy leads you gently through the process of forgiveness—of self, of others, of all that has been heavy—and into the expansiveness of love, compassion, and peace.

This is a space to lay things down.
