Fire Survivor Support Group & Sound Bath

Join our Fire Survivor Support Group where you can connect with others who have experienced loss and transition during this fire recovery. The event will be held in person at 2594 East Colorado Boulevard, Pasadena, CA, USA. Share your stories, find support, and build a community of resilience together. Let's navigate the journey of healing and recovery side by side.

Sessions Include:

• Moving Through Grief
• Guided Discussions on Coping With Grief With A Licensed Therapist
• Coping Strategies: Learn What is Good Grief and Techniques to Manage Grief
• Stress Management and Changes in Relationships
• Sound Bath at the End of the Session
