Family Recovery and Resilience: A Support Group for Families
About this Event
A monthly support and education group for family members of individuals struggling with substance use disorders (SUD).
When someone you love is battling addiction, it can take a toll on the entire family. This group is designed to help you better understand addiction, improve communication, set healthy boundaries, and prioritize your own wellness, all within a safe, supportive community.
Join us on the 4th Saturday of each month for a hybrid (in-person or online) family session focused on healing, resilience, and practical skills for navigating the recovery journey together.
What to Expect Each Session:

✔️ Mindfulness and take-home resources
Topics Rotate Monthly and Include:
- Understanding Addiction & Mental Health
- Codependency, Boundaries, and Autonomy
- Effective Communication Skills
- Relapse Warning Signs & Safety Planning
- Grief, Trust, and Moving Forward
