Come dance in nature in community with the elements at sunset!
What is Dance Alchemy?
Dance Alchemy is an ecstatic dance fusion and unique somatic healing movement modality to unleash the dancer within, express your truth and embody your full expression. We will connect to the 5 elements (Earth, Water, Fire, Air, Ether) to support us in this powerful, expansive and beautiful dance medicine journey.

Give yourself 5-10 minutes to find parking (there is plenty of free parking around), find where we are, and to arrive.

🌝 a blanket or mat to start and end on

🌝 barefoot is encouraged, but comfortable shoes just in case of weather, weeds, normal park things :)

About Ashley:
Ashley is a Registered Respiratory Therapist and has worked in this career for the last 12 years. Ashley has helped countless patients breathe better, breathed for them, and have optimized their breathing. In 2021, she suffered from panic attacks and severe PTSD from the pandemic, which forced her to learn how to breathe for herself and get more in touch with her body. This beautiful and difficult journey led her to her love of breathwork, dance, astrology, neurofeedback, therapy, and all "woo woo things". Ashley loves helping people come back to their bodies through their breath and through dance. Ashley is a certified Women's Guidance Facilitator, Reiki Level 3 guide, Certified in Dance Alchemy, Breathwork Facilitator, Certified Astrologer through Debra Silverman, and getting her masters in mental health counseling.
