Each course will be thoughtfully paired with a complementary wine selection.

Before dinner, take a self-guided stroll through the gardens, meet (and eat dinner with!) the farmers behind the ingredients, and connect with the chefs who bring it all to life. First Course

Dreamers Farm Beef Carpaccio | Delicately sliced beef topped with peppery watercress, house-pickled onion, and a rich cured LaValley Farm egg yolk.


Second Course

Seasonal Farm Greens Salad | A vibrant blend of fresh greens with local cucumber, grilled Brookdale Farm peach, Great Hill blue cheese, Marcona almonds, and prosciutto gremolata, finished with a raspberry vinaigrette.


Third Course

LaValley Farm Chicken Duo | Chicken galantine and lollipop drumette, accompanied by seared baby bok choy and finished with a silky corn velouté.


Dessert

Brookdale Farm Blueberry Galette | Rustic galette featuring fresh Brookdale Farm berries, served with house-churned vanilla bean ice cream from Benedikt Farm and a touch of lemon.
