About this Event

Mini Terrarium Making Workshop for Little Ones 🌿Join us for a magical, hands-on workshop designed especially for young children and their grown-ups, hosted by Rooted Plant Co.! This cozy, nature-inspired experience is perfect for curious little minds who love to create and explore.

✨ What to Expect:In this engaging class, your child will:

• Feel and explore a variety of natural textures like soft moss, smooth pebbles, and colorful sand
• Select their own sand colors and design a unique terrarium to take home
• Enjoy quality bonding time in a warm, plant-loving environment
• Peer play afterwards, along with a book reading by Sunny Days Speech Therapist Jackie

This activity encourages sensory play, creativity, and connection—all while learning about the beauty of nature in a fun and calming way.

• All materials needed to create one mini terrarium
• Guided instruction in a kid-friendly format
• A beautiful, customized terrarium to take home
• Open play in the Sunny Days Speech room including swings, slides, toys, sensory bins and more!

Perfect for children ages 2–6 with a parent or caregiver. Come get your hands a little dirty and your hearts a little fuller!

Mini Terrarium making

Info: Children will be provided options for custom designing their own mini terrarium! They will choose from different colored sand and different sized pebbles. They will feel and explore a variety of natural textures like soft moss, smooth pebbles, and sand. They will also be provided an air plant to complete their terrarium!

Open Play

Info: Children will have access to open play in the Sunny Days Speech space! They will be able to engage in social play with others and let out their energy on the slide, swing or rollercoaster!
