TheDuchy.com – Lazarus Redmayne & Kajira Blue

Lazarus has been teaching rope since 2005 and is the creator of TheDuchy.com, one of the largest rope education sites in the world. His teaching is influenced by physics, martial arts, and deep interpersonal connection. Kajira Blue brings warmth, humor, and insight to every class, partnering seamlessly with Lazarus to deliver content that is both engaging and educational.

SnappedGinger

SnappedGinger (she/her) is a feisty good girl, pain slut, and rope enthusiast. When she’s not meeting new people, being bossed around, or off on a tangent about the validity of self-tying, you’ll likely find her playing for catharsis and headspace. SnappedGinger started exploring rope as a bottom before accidentally discovering her niche as a self-suspender. Now, she also tops rope. She loves sharing her experiences from all roles for a holistic approach to rope.

Info: Foundations of Rope Bondage is a hands-on workshop covering basic skills, safety, and techniques for rope bondage. Building on Rope 101, it offers a streamlined, progressive approach for efficient learning and practice. All techniques are available for free on TheDuchy.com. The class covers essential knots (Overhand, Half-Hitch, Lark’s Head, Square Knot), fundamental ties (double and single column ties, extended ties, crotch rope, stirrup heel tie, leash), and methods for extending rope. Participants learn how to create secure harnesses like the Shinju and Bowline, plus basic storage and safety considerations. While I don’t sell rope directly, recommended suppliers are linked on my site, supporting safe access to quality materials. This course is ideal for beginners and those seeking foundational skills in rope bondage, with emphasis on safety, consent, and responsible practice.

The class includes step-by-step instruction on tying the Shinju harness, customizing it for different body types, and integrating it with other bondage elements. Whether for aesthetic, restraint, or stabilization purposes, the chest harness is a foundational skill in rope bondage. All techniques demonstrated are available for free on TheDuchy.com, allowing continued practice and adaptation. This course is suitable for beginners and those looking to deepen their understanding of chest harness construction and safety.

Info: Learn the stunning CAS-HWG bikini tie and bring your creative rope expression to life. We will show you what to do in 30-40 minutes.  The rest of the time, you can work on creating the ties yourself with us there to help ... or you can wander off to enjoy yourself another way.

Low Flow Suspension
Host: SnappedGinger & BubblesBights

Info: While flying high can be exhilarating, we’ll be exploring the desirability of a dynamic low flowing suspension/partials sequence. SnappedGinger will first demo a suggested sequence that is heavy on micro and macro movements, dynamic transitions, and torsions. This sequence can remain a partial at all times, or simply remain low to the ground. Then, attendees will have labbing time to try out the sequence themselves. The tie will be taught from a self-tying perspective, though partnered attendees are welcome to attend and participate too.
