Known for being relentlessly positive and approaching every challenge with optimism, Betty specializes in developing partnerships and creatively equipping businesses to tell their best stories.
Betty is also the Founder and President of Ella’s Umbrella, a nonprofit that keeps kids’ hearts beating. She’s authored two books, Unraveled: When Loss Changes Everything, and Never Far Apart, and recently compiled the anthology, Threads of Gold.
Outside of work, Betty is a NASM-certified personal trainer who teaches at her local gym, a passionate gardener, and an advocate for living fully in every season. She and her husband Kyle live in St. Peters and have three children: Ella, Ryder and Layne.
