Welcome to SWTHZ One Paseo Plunge Club!

Come join us every 3rd Sunday* of each month through October at One Paseo on The Lawn @ Harland Brewing.

Whether it's your first time in an ice bath, or you chill on the regular, kick off your Sunday with a morning of wellness including:

Coming soon to One Paseo, SWTHZ is a luxury contrast therapy studio specializing in deliberate exposure to heat and cold. ❄️🔥 Clients enjoy up to 60 minutes in a luxury private suite equipped with infrared sauna, cold plunge, and vitamin-c shower.

Please buy your ticket ahead of time with the link below for $10, or you can pay $15 at the door for a drop in! Check-in opens at 9:30am, event starts at 10:00a and proceeds benefit the Navy SEAL Foundation!
