About this Event

Join us on August 20th at 1 PM for a live demo & healthy dessert making class! We will be at the Fairview Shores Branch Library (902 Lee Rd #26, Orlando)

You’ll start with a live demo by our culinary instructor, then head to your own station to build a parfait masterpiece. Layer fruit, creamy Greek yogurt, crunchy nuts, and other brain-boosting ingredients as you learn the “why” behind each tasty component. It’s the perfect blend of education, hands‑on fun, and delicious socializing—so come hungry to learn, create, and enjoy!

The event will begin with a short presentation on the latest in clinical research. Doors open at 12:30 PM.

Please note: This event is for those who have never attended a Charter Research event, or those who bring a new friend. Entry will not be granted once the presentation begins.
