Join us for a fun-filled day of activities designed to help you relax, de-stress, and boost your mood!

Stress Busting & Mood Boosting @ MIND Aid

Thursday 24 th July 11:30-12:30am

16+ Years

Join Tracey and learn practical ways to boost your mood and wellbeing, understand how

your body responds to stress and explore (re) connection with yourself through simple

movement and breath practices. Ease physical and emotional stress and tension, leave

feeling lighter, calmer yet energised and uplifted.


Included in the one hour workshop will be:

Accessible chair yoga

Simple breath practices

Body Scan Meditation

Tips tools to try at home

All of our activities and workshops are kindly donated by each of the practitioners for the benefit of the community.

This means that luckily for us, all of the tickets are FREE of charge.

If you'd like to donate however, there will be a collection box & card reader available at The Undercroft Gallery on your given activity date.

All of the donations will go directly to your workshop host as a thank you for helping us make this festival possible!

Please note: although these tickets are FREE they are limited capacity.

If you change your mind or cannot attend for whatever reason PLEASE refund your ticket so that another guest may come along.
