Join us on the patio at 7 Saws Brewery for a Sunday morning of yoga and sound healing, set against the backdrop of nature and hops. Ease into your day with energizing movement, then melt into stillness as a sound bath of gongs, singing bowls, and ethereal tones surround you. Let the vibrations take you on a journey into a peaceful deep relaxation!

Hops, harmony, and healing—come replenish and vibe out with friends in this unique Sonic brewery experience.

Admission includes yoga, sonic sound bath and a tasty brew at conclusion!

Please bring a yoga mat, blanket/pillow... anything that will get you comfortable for the sound bath.
