Full Moon Ritual: A Chakra Journey In Aquarius

Now more than ever we are being asked to align with our truth. To embrace the change that is needed not only within ourselves, but within the world. Our energy is a compass that can guide us on our path. The Aquarius full moon asks us to tap into strength and perseverance to move forward.
There is an inner rainbow within us all waiting to be awakened. The chakras are the seven central energetic centers that govern our everyday lives and how we show up. Too much energy creates a traffic jam, too little an empty space. This ritual will bring you to center.
Our August full moon ritual invites you to take an energetic journey of the chakras through your body, mind, and spirit to create alignment, balance, and purpose. Your guide Rosie Araujo will lead you through an invigorating chakra flow, activation of prana through various pranayama exercise, along with moments of aromatherapy and reflection. The closing sound bath experience will be guided by sound healer Najini.

How to Prepare:
- Bring a yoga mat
- Wear comfortable clothes to move
- Towel, water bottle, journal (optional if you want to reflect on paper)
