About this Event

Join us for an evening of figure drawing, where guests are invited to be both muse and artist✨ Peruse art books for inspiration and join us for a 15 minute yoga flow before beginning posing for each other

At the end of the event take home drawings of yourself, meet new people, no figure drawing or modeling experience needed. Light bites and refreshments provided.

*A note about the event:

This is a space for women and trans folx of all artistic abilities and confidence levels to be in a creative community, to be muses for each other, to bond, and bask in the ease of being in each other’s presence

Figure drawing is the art of seeing another; modeling, the art of being seen. Please come as you are <3

We will provide:

• Charcuterie
• Wine and Non-Alcoholic Beverages
• Limited art supplies
• Furniture for posing

You should bring:

• A towel or fabric to sit on (if choosing nude)

While being nude is the simplest outfit choice, we understand that not everyone will be comfortable being fully nude yet. Some suggestions include: a robe, underwear, lingerie, scarf/other fabric to partially drape over yourself. Feel free to be creative and bring your own personal expression

• Personal art supplies
• Personal floor pillow (optional)

Guidelines:

• No photography of models or participants without their consent

• If you wish to compliment a model, please do so using language related to drawing/art rather than appearance

• if posing with someone, please ask for consent regarding proximity and limb placement

You must be at least 21+ to attend this event
