• Approximately 90 minutes of facilitated learning, reflection, and discussion
• Approximately 30 minutes of optional networking with other professionals
• A mix of presentation, interactive exercises, individual reflection, and group discussion

This workshop is led by a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach with over ten years of experience as a coach and former Gallup consultant. Participants will receive guidance based on years of working with professionals and teams to discover and apply their talents in meaningful ways.

• Participants must complete their CliftonStrengths assessment at least three days before the session to ensure materials and personalized reports are ready for the event.
