Elevate Ogden Speaker Series
About this Event
Thinking of opening a storefront or growing your business in Ogden?
This session is designed to help small business owners and entrepreneurs understand what it takes to lease or renovate a commercial space in Ogden.
Learn directly from Ogden City’s Concept Review Team (CRT) about key building and zoning considerations, the business licensing process, and how early guidance from city departments can save you time, money, and stress as you plan your next move.
The first session, on August 21 at 6 p.m. inside Gallery 51 at Union Station (2501 Wall Avenue), will feature members of Ogden City’s Concept Review Team (CRT) which connects entrepreneurs with city planners, engineers, building officials, and utility staff to help ensure business plans align with city codes, zoning requirements, and the Ogden General Plan.
Concept Review Team (CRT) meetings are held every Wednesday morning and are informal and advisory—no binding decisions or approvals are made, making them a great starting point for your business plans. (ogdencity.gov/3017/Concept-Review-Team-CRT-Meeting)
