Love dim sum? Join us for a hands-on workshop where you’ll learn to make some of the most iconic dumplings found on the cart. We’ll cover a variety of techniques—from pan-searing and steaming to folding and filling—while exploring flavors that are savory, satisfying, and totally crave-worthy. Whether you're a dumpling devotee or just love to cook with your hands, this class is a perfect way to spend a flavorful evening.

All the hits, made entirely from scratch!

• Pork Gyoza with Soy Dipping Sauce
• Shrimp Shumai
• Char Siu Bao
• Green Tea Ice Cream with Sesame Tuile
