Signature 45 min Community Class
Join us for a Signature 45-minute Barre3 Community Class! Strength, cardio, mindfulness — that’s the foundation of the barre3 signature class. No experience required—our workout is designed for every fitness level, from beginner to expert. Bring your workout buddy, or meet one there.
After class, please stick around and meet friends, and enjoy a coffee and pastry special at the Hoffman Farm market. Then socialize on the patio with new friends! The class will be held in the open-air barn; please dress comfortably.
Please bring a yoga mat to class and arrive 15 minutes early. *Optional props: hand weights (2- 8lbs recommended)
Before class, if you have not been to a class with Barre3 Murrayhill, please sign our waiver so you don't need to worry about it day of.
Hoffman Farm Stores
The Hoffman Family has been farming in Oregon for six generations. Throughout the summer, Hoffman Farms will grow several varieties of strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, marionberries, and tayberries for U-Pick as well as to purchase freshly-picked in our farm store:
