Mill Valley, CA – Gravity Tavern is excited to announce the latest installment of its Summer Cellar Series: A Night with Rombauer; an exclusive curated four-course wine pairing dinner featuring the iconic wines of Rombauer Vineyards and the creative culinary artistry of Executive Chef Jason Hoffman.
Taking place on Thursday, July 24, 2025, this intimate dining experience invites guests to explore a thoughtfully crafted seasonal menu paired with celebrated Rombauer wines, including a vibrant 2024 Sauvignon Blanc, a beautifully balanced 2023 Carneros Chardonnay, a bold 2021 Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon, and the luxurious 2022 “Joy” Late Harvest Chardonnay.
Each course—from the refined “Caviar Roe” Trio, Pan Seared Duck Breast with Heering 200 Cherry Liquor gastrique and potato dauphine to the decadent Brûlée Mascarpone Cheesecake—is designed to highlight the complexity and character of Rombauer’s Napa Valley winemaking. With seating limited to just 12–20 guests, this all-inclusive $135 per person event offers an up-close experience with the winery, including a guided tasting by Marlene Raderman.
