Agenda

1. Candidate Orientation: All attendees will begin with a brief orientation session. During this time, you’ll learn about our company, available positions, expectations, and next steps in the hiring process.

2. Panel Interview: Following orientation, you will participate in a panel interview with members of our hiring team. This is your opportunity to share your skills, experience, and interest in joining our team.

3. Onsite Drug Screening (if Selected): Candidates who successfully complete the interview and receive a conditional job offer will proceed to a same-day, onsite drug screen. A valid photo ID is required.

4. WorkKeys® Testing (if Selected): Eligible candidates will complete the WorkKeys® assessment, which measures key workplace skills. Learn more about the assessments .

The full job fair process can take most of the day, so please plan to be in attendance for the required time.
