Event Description: Feeding and sleep are two of the most talked-about—and sometimes overwhelming—aspects of the first year. This compassionate 90-minute workshop is here to offer reassurance, practical tools, and supportive insight as you navigate what’s best for your baby and yourself.

In Feeding + Sleep Foundations, we’ll talk through feeding options (breast/chest, bottle, formula, pumping), introduce guidance on starting solids and allergy awareness, and address common challenges like picky eating. We’ll also explore safe sleep practices, bedtime routines, and how to set realistic expectations that support both your baby’s development and your own mental health.

This is the second session in our Postnatal Workshop Series for caregivers of babies 3–12 months. Each class can be attended individually, allowing you to drop in based on your current stage or interests. If you're navigating feeding choices, sleep routines, or simply need a space to feel supported, this workshop offers grounded guidance and compassionate care for both baby and parent.
