The 2025 edition of New York City Department of Finance’s Tax Representatives and Practitioners Program

Join DOF and the New York chapter of the Tax Executives Institute on Tuesday, October 21, 2025, for an informative day of panel discussions, presentations, tips, and insights from leading tax professionals and top government officials at TaxRAPP 2025. 

 

TaxRAPP 2025 consists of two full-day sessions, ensuring that professionals receive the information that is most relevant to their area of practice. There will be one session with property tax presentations and a second, concurrent session with business and excise tax updates. Both sessions will be from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.  

 

Both sessions will include a keynote address by DOF Commissioner Preston Niblack, presentations from DOF senior leadership, the opportunity to get one-on-one assistance from DOF staff, and networking opportunities with other attendees. There will also be light refreshments during lunch. Please note that breakfast will not be provided.  

 

Attendees will learn about new developments in the Department of Finance’s Tax Audit and Enforcement Division, discuss proposals for changes to the NYC property tax law, and be among the first to learn about new DOF programs and services.
