About this Event

We're celebrating a milestone – five years of DisruptHR Capital Region! Our event has become a catalyst for workplace innovation in our region.

We’ve created an intimate evening where passionate speakers share ideas that can transform how we work – all in bite-sized, five-minute talks that spark incredible conversations. It’s an evening that fosters community and new connections.

The year's event will feature 12 speakers. Food provided, cash bar, and lots of time for catching up with old friends and making new ones.

5:30 pm-6:10 pm: Registration, food and conversation

6:15 pm-7:30/8:00 pm: Our “disruptive” speakers

8:00 pm-8:30 pm: Continue to mingle and talk about all the new ideas

DisruptHR is a creative idea forum designed to energize and empower executives, leaders, people in the HR field and anyone who is passionate about talent and creating a work environment where people thrive.

Originated in Cincinnati in 2013, this movement is built on the belief that as the workplace changes, so should the ways in which we engage, motivate and influence our teams. As of March 2025, there are over 160 licensed communities in over 30 countries that are disrupting the status quo.
