Experience Edgar Allan Poe’s 'The Fall of the House of Usher' like never before. This special event presents a newly composed original score, performed live alongside Jean Epstein’s legendary 1928 silent film adaptation — a surreal, dreamlike interpretation of Poe’s story of madness, decay, and the supernatural.

The new score, composed by , weaves together elements of surrealist classical music, dark ambient soundscapes, and avant garde chamber writing, intensifying the film’s unsettling atmosphere. Drawing inspiration from early modernists like Erik Satie and Arnold Schoenberg, and echoing the spectral worlds of Poe’s own imagination, the music conjures a crumbling mansion haunted by memory, bloodline, and fate.Scored by Jeff Pagano
