Come join us for a relaxing evening at Renaissance Reformer for our Restorative Sound Bath Event! Immerse yourself in the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls and other healing sound instruments as you unwind and rejuvenate your mind, body, and spirit. This in-person event is the perfect opportunity to de-stress, reset your nervous system and find inner-peace. Option to bring a blanket and a small pillow for your comfort (we encourage this)! We will provide yoga mats for you to lay down on to drift away & soak up the healing benefits of sound.
