About this Event

This 30-minute full body workout that will feature different exercises that are super effective to work the lower body, upper body and core. This workout can be modified for all fitness levels but don’t worry he’s a professional at making people sweat and motivating you to become your best self. Be ready to push yourself, have fun and rev up your metabolism on a Sunday morning. This will be in person with no equipment required.
