About this Event
Strengthen your core and improve spine health in this energising aerial yoga workshop.We’ll focus on developing core strength — abdominals, obliques, and stabilising muscles — while using the hammock to safely explore backbends and spinal mobility.
This session is designed to challenge your body gently but effectively, helping to support better posture, body awareness, and confidence in movement both in the air and on the mat.
This is a general-level class, suitable for anyone with a standard level of fitness (e.g. you can manage a gym session or yoga class). The hammock supports you in developing core control and exploring movements you may not usually be able to access.
Expect:
- Core activation and strength-building
- Gentle backbends using support from the hammock
- A playful, supportive environment
- A sense of spaciousness and lift through the whole body
