A US statistic states that 40% of children grow up feeling emotionally disconnected from their parents. However, 90% of our adult clients have grown up wishing they could have a more meaningful relationship with their parents. With a desire to be truly seen, with a clear and felt sense of acceptance where parents spend Quality time with them.
The truth is We all long not for busy schedules, but for moments of true seeing, deep play, and wholehearted acceptance—where our children feel loved for exactly who they are, and we parents feel held in that same light.
At Harvest Your Authenticity: A retreat for Mothers & Daughters (12-18yo), we flip the script on modern motherhood.
Rather than chasing experiences that pull us apart, we create space to:
- Pause the “every-day rush” and lean fully into each other.
- Practice heart-opening experiences that remind us, “I belong, I am worthy, I have a purpose, and a clear vision of this is how I will live my life."

Why Harvest Your Authenticity?
When we asked 10 mothers what their teen daughters were currently challenged with, it boiled down to this: Really understanding and navigating their AUTHENTICITY and sense of Belonging. Sound familiar?
We all have been there and even as adults we continue to find ourselves in these situations, circumstances and challenges of claiming our true self.
