Nurture Your Inner Child: Women's New Moon Circle

Time to play and connect! Nurture and express your inner child in this fun-loving, movement-based, astrology-guided circle for women

About this Event

Mid-summer, Leo energy is all about playfulness, open-heartedness, creativity, and fun which is why we have centered this New Moon circle around connecting to our Inner Child. We are passionate about creating a safe space for our community to self-reflect and explore the potential of their healing and vulnerability within the loving witness and presense of other women. This workshop is for women who desire sacred space to connect within, and a safe place to open up to a loving and accepting community.

Meghann Volz (RYT-500 - Trauma Informed Practitioner) will be leading a playful yoga class intended to bring out your inner child. There will be Reiki healing during the yoga class if you wish to receive. Sarah Zupek (Reiki Master and Astrology Coach) will share about the energy of the New Moon in Leo and how we can best tap into it to manifest the desires of our Inner Child.

Together we will be walking the group through a series of reflective journal prompts, group discussion questions, and interactive games to ignite our playful energy and open our hearts to receiving the love every one's inner child craves - our own self love! The workshop will end with a guided New Moon intention setting ritual.

Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, journal, pen, water, and snacks if you'll get hungry. This is a donation based event, if you aren't able to donate the gift of your presence is more than enough!
