Join us for an intimate evening where we will invite crystals into our lives and learn to connect with their energies for healing, support, love, protection and more. In this class, we will delve into:

Learning how to choose the right crystal helpers

Cleansing, awakening and caring for your stones

Meditating with crystals & including in your yoga practice

Connecting with the energy and spirit of the stones

Assigning tasks to crystals

Working with crystal grids

Students will leave with crystal grid templates and informational handout about safe / toxic crystals, energetic associations, rituals for daily use and integration and inspiration for how to tap into the latent magic of the stones.
