Crystal Singing Bowl Sound Bath Journey for Self-Care

Imagine lying down, eyes closed, as waves of pure sound wash over you, creating an auditory journey. Carrie will use a variety of instruments, including quartz crystal singing bowls, kenari and koshi chimes, ocean drum, rain stick and other gentle percussion to create an atmosphere of serenity and tranquility to help soothe your nervous system, release stress and tension, and nourish the mind, body and spirit. This is the ultimate way to relax, de-stress, invite clarity in, and practice self-care.

No prior experience with sound healing is necessary. Simply come as you are and allow the sounds to guide you to a place of pure serenity.

Important Start Time: Doors close promptly at the event start to ensure a peaceful and undisturbed environment. Please plan ahead and allow sufficient time for your arrival.

AGENDA

5:45 PM: Doors Open: 5:45 PM and close at 6:05 PM. Due to the nature of the event we are unable to accommodate late entry. Please arrive early to allow time for parking, check in and to get settled and comfortable.

6:00 PM: Welcome, Introduction, Settling in Comfortably, A guided gentle breathing meditation exercise leading into the sound immersion of restoratives sounds and frequencies.

6:50 PM - 7 PM: Closing. Gentle transition back to the present moment. Optional sharing of experiences.

To fully enjoy the sound bath, we recommend attendees to bring:

· Yoga Mat: for comfort to lie down during the sound bath.

· Bolster: something to use for support for under your knees such as a pillow or rolled up clothing

· Pillow: To support your head and neck while you relax.

· Clothing: Dress comfortable and in layers (to adjust to any temperature changes). The event is all about being relaxed and comfortable.

· Blanket: You may also want to bring a blanket, or anything else to assist you in being cozy and comfy for the session.

· Water Bottle: Staying hydrated is essential for your well-being.

· Eye pillow (optional): We have some lovely herbal eye pillow options for sale at the event for $15.

MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT

This event is for adults only. Most events are a minimum age requirement of 18 years. I will host separate events that include children or are specifically designed for children only and require parental permission and supervision to attend.

· If you are intoxicated or under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs.

· Have carotid stenosis, a cardiac pacemaker, artificial heart valves, cardiac arrhythmias, a stent, a shunt, epilepsy or seizures.

· Have a deep brain stimulation device, thrombosis, Parkinson’s disease, metal implants, polyneuropathy, orhemiparesis.

No refunds, exchanges or make-up sessions. If you’re unable to make it to your session, you may give your ticket to another person to attend this event date only. If you give your ticket to someone else please contact me with the name and phone number of the person taking your place. They will need to sign a paper waiver at the door so make sure they arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time. There are no refunds except in the rare instance if the event is canceled. You are welcome to transfer your registration ticket to someone else (see website for details).
