Allow yourself to be enveloped by the sounds of crystal bowls played by instructor Ippo De Luca while he guides you through a Restorative Yoga experience. This meditative, immersive experience will put you in deep relaxation to help reduce stress and anxiety so that you leave feeling as though you are floating in air.
