Meet Tu from Jack’s Burger Shack

Tu is the heart and hustle behind Jack’s Burger Shack, known for serving up some of the juiciest, most crave-worthy burgers in town. With a deep passion for food and community, Tu brings bold flavours, big energy, and a no-compromise approach to quality. Whether he’s on the grill or greeting guests, Tu’s dedication to doing things right—and doing them deliciously—is what makes Jack’s a local favourite.

Tu has taken his talent beyond the kitchen and onto the screen. He recently shared his passion for food with national audiences on Big Burger Battle, impressing with bold flavours and fast-paced creativity that captured the spirit of Jack’s Burger Shack.

Priya is the creative force behind Compass Chocolates, where every piece of chocolate tells a story. With a background rooted in culinary artistry and a love for global flavours, Priya crafts small-batch confections that are as beautiful as they are bold. From bean to bar, she’s passionate about quality ingredients, ethical sourcing, and bringing people together through the simple joy of really good chocolate. Priya also just took home the grand prize in the latest season of the Food Network’s Spring Baking Championship
