We take our breath for granted…it is our first source of life upon leaving the womb and our last measurement of life as we exit from our earthly plane…and yet we give it little thought until it becomes compromised or challenged.

In this enriching Workshop we will explore and learn amazing, powerful and enriching techniques to help us recognize andutilize the great power of the breath…our very own source of energy!

We will meet for 4 consecutive weeks, 45 minute sessions each, and discover this Life Force we carry around with us ALL THE TIME!
