Monthly Payment Information
For vacations utilizing a payment plan, automatic monthly deductions are mandatory. Upon checkout, you will be automatically enrolled in the payment plan. In the case of a double occupancy room package, should you wish to handle your monthly payments separately from your roommate, kindly specify this requirement in the registration form. We will then contact your roommate with the necessary payment authorization forms. Once they complete these forms, we will appropriately update your account to ensure that your monthly payments solely cover only your expenses.
Should you desire to alter your monthly payment due date, different from the one displayed during checkout, please proceed with the checkout process and subsequently email us at aW5mbyB8IGl0cmF2ZWwyZ2V0YXdheSAhIGNvbQ==. Kindly include your preferred monthly due date within 5 days before the upcoming due date, and we will make the necessary adjustments accordingly. Your prompt communication enables us to accommodate your preferences effectively.
Late Payment Fees
You are granted a 10-day grace period beyond your scheduled monthly due date to submit payment for your reservation. During this period, the billing company will make daily attempts to charge the card on file. It is imperative that payment is received by 10 pm EST on the 10th day to avoid incurring a late fee of $100 per traveler.
Failure to make payment within this late fee period will result in the processing of your room or traveler spot for cancellation on day 25 past due. In the event of trip cancellation due to nonpayment, and provided there are other travelers on the vacation package with accounts in good standing, the room occupancy will be adjusted, potentially resulting in increased payments for the remaining travelers to cover the room's overall cost.
All deposits, payments, and late fees toward the vacation package are non-refundable and non-transferable unless the traveler has acquired travel insurance. In such cases, travelers must contact their travel insurance company to file a claim for reimbursement.
It is crucial to adhere to these policies to ensure the delivery of high-quality service. All late fees incurred will be the sole financial responsibility of the traveler. These guidelines will be strictly enforced to maintain the integrity of our services.
PLEASE NOTE: The complete final payments must be settled in full no later than 30 days prior to the event. Failure to submit the final payment by the stipulated due date grants us the authority to cancel any traveler's participation in the trip. In the event of cancellation due to non-payment, iTravel2Getaway, INC.'s standard cancellation policy will be enforced.
All payments and deposits are nonrefundable and non-transferable.
