A hands-on course for beginners to craft a beautiful, functional solid Oak stool.
This is a 1 day course aimed at begginners and hobbists and held at my workshop in Newhaven and will have a maximum of four people and will run on the 13th September 2025.
You'll leave with a solid Oak (other materials available on request) Three-legged Stool. Or Plant Stand if you prefer!

Day outine (approximate times)
10:00 - Meet, introductions and workshop tour
11:15 - Tea break
12:45 - Lunch
14:00 - Break
16:00 - Finish
The finished size will be approximately 400 x 400 x 400 mm, and should be light enough for most people to carry home on public transport.
The workshop in Newhaven is a 10 min walk from the train station, which is a 30 minute drive from Brighton and an hour into London on the train.
