This sound healing begins with breathwork and a guided meditation to set intentions for the month ahead. Then you'll be guided through a restorative, yoga-nidra practice while bathing in a sound healing concert of gongs, crystal bowls, and other instruments.

Chelsea and Hy Long are two highly spiritual yoga instructors and Reiki practitioners who incorporate themes of holistic wellness into each session, allowing their students to explore emotional blockages and leave with a deeper sense of intention.
