Mindful Reflections
About this Event
This 1.5-hour workshop introduces youth ages 10-24 to journaling as a powerful tool or managing stress, expressing emotions, and building self-awareness. Participants will explore creative journaling techniques, engage in guided prompts, and decorate their own journals.
Whether you are new to journaling or already love it, this workshop offers simple ways to connect with yourself and find calm. No writing experience required.
All supplies will be provided - each participant will receive one journal to take home, an array of items to decorate with, and any other supplies needed to complete the workshop. Just bring yourself!!
