Unraveling is a spiritually grounded open mic experience rooted in expression, embodiment, and truth-telling.

Held at Smoothie Rx, this summer evening invites you to release what’s been weighing on your voice — through ritual, movement, breath, sound, and story.

Together, we’ll explore the throat chakra — the energetic center of communication and self-expression — through grounding exercises, reflection, and performance.

This isn’t just a mic. It’s a container. A place to shake it out. Speak it out. Feel it out. And affirm your voice — in your body, your truth, your presence.

Expect:

• Entrance rituals to release and reset
• A collective discussion + gentle body + voice activation
• A lottery-style open mic with games woven in
