- Resonant Guidance: —Using the steady pulse of my buffalo drum to ground you I’ll guide you deepen, slow, and pace your breath so that your body follows into rest through healing soundbath meditation.
- Original Ceremony Music: Live rhythms from H.E.2 (Hiram’s band with his brother/producer) + immersive soundscapes from their album Respirae.

🎒What to Bring:
- Bring a pillow to sit on or for your knees, a blanket, and an eye mask for comfort.
- Wear loose fitting and comfortable clothing and socks, it might get cool.

- Parking: Ample street level and roofed parking with entrances on Hawthorne Blvd, Newton Street, and Park Street.

📅 Preparation Tips:
- Avoid eating 1-2 hours prior.
- Come hydrated, it is not advised to drink water during the ceremony as we will be lying down. Try not drinking water for the whole ceremony unless completely necessary.
- PLEASE do not wear or bring anything with strong scents or perfumes.

Info: Welcome! Say hello! Come on in, take your shoes off and leave them in office 101 across the hall from office 102, pick a yoga mat, and get settled. Please use the bathroom at this time, if needed. Once we're settled I'll introduce myself and invite everyone to the Heart Circle where you will be invited to: 1) say your name, 2) share an emotion and where it’s centered in the body and, 2) share our intention or why we came in a few words or pass, it’s cool, we’ll have time to share afterwards also, if you are ready then
